Each chemical peel treatment begins with an in-depth consultation to ensure the proper peel formula is applied to confirm your skin is in an appropriate and healthy state to receive treatment and enhance the efficacy of the recommended peel. Peel treatments include a double cleanse under steam, extractions, peel application, shoulder/arm/hand massage and aromatherapy/hot towel treatment. Chemical peels sound scary! We get it. The proper consult is conducted prior to treatment while pre and post care is thoroughly explained/provided to make each patient feel confident and secure while receiving treatment and feel confident while caring for your skin post-treatment. Good Genetics Skin Clinic is highly trained and certified in all types of chemical peel application and care. All in-clinic peels are medical grade and include pre/post care information and supporting products when needed. Peels are customized based on your needs. Peel formula/ingredients, pre/post care and the downtime process is explained with full transparency before receiving your chemical peel treatment.
While treating a skin condition like hyper/hypopigmentation, acne, acne scars, fine lines/wrinkles or texturized skin your treatment plan will typically require a series of peels. All skin conditions and patients are unique, you will receive a cohesive and detailed treatment plan referencing the expected timeline and cost of treatment before beginning your treatments/peels.
Add-ons such LED therapy or high frequency may be recommended depending on your skin concerns and skin analysis. Derma planing is highly recommended for all peel treatments. This removes the superficial layer of dead skin, vellus hair and general skin and product build up. Doing so, your peel is able to effectively penetrate the skin and enhace results.

There are five levels of acne; despite the type or severity, we will thoroughly assess your skin and lifestyle habits to ensure that we work together in curating an effective and successful treatment plan. The acne program includes bi-weekly treatments guided by the Face Reality Acne Program. Start with an in depth consult and treatment. Included in your consult/first treatment cost, you will receive four medical grade products to kick off a brand-new skin care regimen that will be key in controlling/treating your acne concerns. If the bi-weekly, Face Reality Acne Program isn't the right fit for you, we offer acne facials and treatment plans that are customized to effectively address any acne related concerns.

A complete and thorough skin analysis and consultation will welcome you into Good Genetics Skin Clinic to ensure that we effectively and accurately addressing any skin conditions or concerns you may have. Our customizable and/or corrective facials are tailored to your skins needs from start to finish. A basic customizable facial includes a double cleanse under steam, chemical or physical exfoliation, a facial massage, extractions, corrective or hydrating mask, arm/hand/shoulder massage, aromatherapy and hot towel treatments for the face, décolleté, arms/hands, and finished with medical grade products that will be chosen to best suit your skin and its needs.
Your licensed esthetician may recommend add on treatments to enhance the results of your customized facial. Common add on treatments for all facials: derma plane, anti-aging LED light therapy, acne fighting LED therapy, anti-aging or acne fighting high frequency, and/or a hydro jelly mask that is also customized specifically for your skin.

Skin care services and treatments are not isolated to treat skin conditions or concerns that occur only on the face. Body treatment services such as chemical peels and customized facial/body treatments are used to treat all areas of the body. Areas such as the underarm/chest/hand or other areas of the body are also subjected to skin conditions like sun damage, hyper/hypopigmentation, acne, keratosis Polaris, and other forms of skin damage that may cause concern. Despite the concern or body part, a full consult, skin analysis and treatment plan will be carefully curated and presented to you prior to beginning your treatment. All concerns are carefully analyzed and your certified skin specialist believes that your skin condition is something that should be addressed by a dermatologist or outside licensed physician, this will be honestly and clearly recommended to you. Good Genetics Skin Clinic believes in managing expectations and providing our patients with all necessary information through full transparency.

The recommended treatment plan is cohesive and includes recommended medical grade products and home care to target your specific concern/s to produce the highest level of positive progress. 80% of your skin's health is managed at home. Think of home care as homework and your clinic visit as the test. The efficacy of clinical treatments is highly impacted by your commitment to your homecare regimen.
